This needs its own dedicated foodie thread and follow up from other great food places. What a nice job Maybe we all should contribute to keep this
going or how about a book but you'd have to update every place once a year.

I don't know where Los Amigos is in Tecate but we use to eat at a taco stand just east on the 1st street after crossing. That was in the 90s before
the change to the US entry. Otherwise the only place close to Tecate I've eaten at was Santa Veronica. Most of the food was pretty good except the NY
steak, like eating shoe leather.
