from courts, police or local politicians is then dealt with by a severe form of street justice.
No investigation pending into the role of the individual perpetrators is being pursued.
Cancun is a tourist zone and so is Baja, extrapolate from there over a few Ballena's of Pacifico.

Guess there's some interest here for those wanting to discuss near lynchings in Cancun. Don't see it happening in Baja though.
