Has anyone of you Nomads used this medical center ?? I have the need of a Urologist to operate on a Hydrocele (leaking testical) but the wait here in
Canada is 1.5 years @ best.I,ve sent 3 emails to this center some in partial Spanish wanting info and approximate cost for the procedure since I will
be in La Paz area for the winter but get no response .Any ideas ???

Try this doctor - He speaks English and is at the same location as the Medical Center that won't respond. He is one of the head doctors at the
hospital there. His name is Dr. Buenaventura Diaz
