Just curious, any people who grew up in the Midwest, USA living in Baja Norte (tijuana, rosarita areas)?
Curious what your impressions are? I have not been to T.J. in several years, but I did not like it when I visited there, too much like L.A. It's
probably gotten worse with the upsurge in crime last year or so.
