.... Do they have certain "hours" at Mexicali for obtaining a FMM or can one obtain one around the clock 24/7??? Plan on going through there later
this month very early in the AM.... Thanks for your help...

24 hours in our experience. We've been there as early as 4:00 a.m., we had to wake the fellow up from a short nap. No guarantee for your visit of
course.
I believe Mexicali east has limited hours.
