We went to Ruben's new restaurant in Rosarito (near Puerto Nuevo).
Hubby's service dog was lying on the floor and a six-year-old girl was crawling all over her. The dog is a nine-year-old Great Dane and has never had
much interaction with children, but she loved the attention today.
BTW, the buffet is excellent. Great food with free flowing mimosas and champagne.
