This spring the office was out of the Mexico Protected Areas Annual Pass, which is required for visiting the islands.
Does anyone know if they now have a new supply? Other sources in the area? We wont be passing through Ensenada.

They have annual passes. The proceeds are to stay in B of La for conservation work. Pass good all over country for 1 year.
