Brisas de Gonzaga

Any Nomads out there have any info about a new development on Gonzaga Bay, "Brisas de Gonzaga"...selling lots...located on the coast, looks to be between Campo Beluga and Sacrificio. We heard about it, and when we were there a few weeks back, we thought it might have been on the property where that abandoned 2 story house was...but it wasnt. No looking at there latest pics on facebook, it appears to be further south?? Any info?

There goes the neighborhood, and it's to be expected after the road was paved. I was wondering how long it was going to take.

Just make absolutely certain that it is not ejido land....

I know several supposedly reputable deals going on right now that are actually on ejido lands....

(Can anyone spell "Punta Banda"???)

At the risk of sounding a little negative----------that low tide shot does not look too boat friendly. Just a thought-----------

That map shows it to the place where Arroyo Santa Maria meets the sea. That is the riverbed that big bridge goes over, just west of the beach! Get flood insurance!!

Don't worry man. That neighborhood will not be developed in your lifetime. Take advantage of the pavement to empty dreams.

Ah! Little 60-foot lots! It will be real pretty as soon as they scrape all the vegetation fence-to-fence and park a bunch of trailers!
