Sentri Pass update

I was told my current sentri pass needed to be updated because there is now a different provider. Is this true and how do I go about doing that?

Who told you? A customs agent crossing back into the US?

I believe the US government is the only "provider." Go to your online Sentri account and check for messages. It will also tell you if you need to do anything. The expiration date is on the card.
