Today's LA Times has an informative article about Mexico's so called affordable housing.

As usual, Mexico's corruption, mismanagement, and lack of oversight effects the poor.

I agree ,we have all seen the developments built buy the government as we drive south and wondered why do they look so old and under maintained. I love Mexico but it is hard with the corruption:(. It is a long read but worth it
