From what I have seen, the area is mostly rocky hill country.

You can see in goes nearly to Juan & Shari's at that point... and the terrain issue is nothing a bulldozer can't fix! (Yes, I know, we would HATE that to happen)

I suppose "nearly" is relative but that bottom point is still 1000 ft from Udo's place, which i another 3000 ft from Shari. That is a big ass piece of land.

3 types of land in BA.
Sandy.
Rocky.
In-between sandy and rocky.

All 3 types are barren and dusty, because annual rainfall in central baja is measured in mm not cm. Ha, ha!

Yes, relative... 3,674 feet, actually!

I know those hills very well. Beautiful up there but it blows like crazy. Good luck developing that area in the near future.

One person sees sand and rocks, another sees a Mona Lisa. Others maybe something in between.

Condos, an OXXO and a PEMEX

Yes....but it occurs to me that there might be killer vistas from lots near the top.....on the Alaska side of Asuncion...:light:

I just walked that hill trail day before yesterday. There is a now a well marked bike race route thru those hills. It is a stunning walk but will take an adventurous heart to tame it.
