I've seen many awesome pictures on BN over the years but these here are just "magical", almost surreal. You captured the essence of Baja perfectly!! Thank you.

Excellent, thanks. The pictures show a charming and quiet village.

Truly special. Thank you for sharing.

Oh how neat those photos are! Makes you want to knock on the door and meet the folks inside.

And I wish the walls could tell the stories.

Very nice, the palms reflection off the lagoon is a beauty, of all the chatter you hear about the typical towns we all travel through, I can say, I've never heard of any riff raff or a negative word spoken about San Ignacio

Great Pics! As are the others on your site.

Thanks for the kind words -- wandering town was definitely more productive (and fun) than sitting in a hotel room.

The quality of the pics are amazing!!
What camera and lens did you use, and did you use any photo editing software to sharpen images?

Thanks, I now have the urge to spend some more time in San Ignacio.

These days I am shooting with a Canon G16. Pretty much everything that I share/publish gets some sort of post production massage with Photoshop.

What settings did you use on your G-16? I also have one and quite a few of my sunset/sunrise photos are used on CBS out of Los Angeles.

I primarily use the pre-programmed setting, but in non-tricky light settings, I also use auto. I'll have to watch for your sunset photos on TV.
