Just a heads up. Sunday (April 8th) there was a theft of Chlorine tanks from an Ensenada CESPE (water provider) facility in Ensenada. Several weeks
ago there was a similar theft in Maneadero, just south of Ensenada. Chlorine is a yellow-green gas at room temperature. If inhaled chlorine reacts
with water in the mucosa of the lungs to form hydrochloric acid, destructive to living tissue and potentially lethal. Chlorine is also used in the
manufacture of illicit drugs. Be safe out there.....Tanks that were stolen were blue in color, see photo in attached link.........

Incredible that something so lethal could be stolen! We can only hope that they take the proper precautions.
Also amazing that they had no photo of a blue tank for the article!
