Check out Punta Banda Community Bulletin Board also Talk Baja. Make sure you personally inspect it first. Photos can tell an inaccurate tale.

I joined the Punta Banda newsletter and figure I must
make a trip down to check out whatever comes up before
I would rent it as I agree about looks being deceiving sometimes
and thank you for the other referral
