From what I was told, by CFE employees, is that the new structure will affect the price structure on new installs. Old installs will still be able to
sell back the electricity.
That policy, however, may change since CFE seems to work with impunity within their rate structures.
My solar system puts out about 75 kwh more than I need on the bi-monthly basis.
