Today at the mail service in Rosarito, as I was going in the door, a lady with the tiniest chihuahua I have ever seen (couldn't have weighed more than
three pounds) was going out.
We both stopped, and, as usual, I talked to the dog. It was was very calm and confident. I asked the owner for permission and put my hand down.
After inspection, the dog climbed all over me as far as it could reach, sniffing the history of my dogs on my clothing.
After a few minutes, the owner tugged the leash and said, "OK, Pipsqueak, let's go."
I almost fell on the floor, I was laughing so hard. That was the most perfect name for that kind of dog.
