Rosarito, B.C. - Four people were wounded Tuesday afternoon, at Chiltepino's.
José Francisco "N," 21, years old, who lives in Quintas del Cedro in Tijuana was shot in the head and taken to surgery in grave condition.
Luego Linver "N," was wounded in the stomach and is in surgery.
The third person wounded, Scott "N," 32- years old, a American from Escondido, California was grazed by a bullet on his left arm, and treated by
Rosarito paramedics.
Laura Ivonne "N," was also grazed on the right forearm by a bullet.

Well no boat in this deal so it must been that the shooters had a different motivation.
