BPE site down? rental car logistics

Ok everyone, due to an impending knee replacement, i have to change my plans for los Barrilles, i wanted to drive down as part of the adventure, but can't now due to surgery scheduling.

No problem, fly in fly out - But that calls for a vehicle during the stay.

I believe there is a guy who has posted several times on BPE - that he has rental car available in LB. i wanted to check with him, get his rates, ad compare it to just renting from mexrentacar, or someone similar at the airport.
But right now, when I click on BPE, says server not found! any insight? advise, or smart ass comments?
