Left at 3 AM on 3/2, reurned 3AM on 3/8. Dry roads, more greenery than one can imagine, and plenny o surf. Event-free drives coming and going.
Sounds like Creepy Chris, Good Time Billy, Toothless Teak, and Rob "Asian Dawn" had to sit out a 2-day rain and 40+ mph south wind festival in Feb.
Caught a few bass and flappy halibut in the fishing holes in the down time.
Ricardo & the Ejido are building a cement structure and palapa at the cove part of the point - is this a sign of thigs to come?

i'd like to be sitting on the point thursday morning. pick a point, any point! it's gonna be insane-
heard story of houses at alejandros...it's inevitable. be glad you've got what you have in your time. our kids will be growling hard.

many lots have been sold at alejandros and more to be sold soon. this is a tough area to build as looting can be a problem.
