What exactly are you selling as the "rights to the existing palapa"?
Did you build the palapa on their property? Do you have a long term lease with them?
That little spot is not for everyone but I love it. The location cant be beat and the rates are extremely fair in my opinion.
I would worry that it might get sold though.
