Concurso de Paellas 2018

Anyone attending this years event? Looks like the weather will be moderate considering it is August.

We will be going. Be nice to meet other "nomads." Look for a fat gringo drinking canned IPAs. While a fat gringo might not stand out, the canned IPA will.

Cabalgata and Concurso de Paellas

75 riders, 5 hours in the arroyo, beach and hills near to La Mision.






Sunday was the Concurso de Paellas 2018
This was the second time visiting this event. The first time we went was the very first event in 1990 when there were 4 entries and a handful of wineries. In this years event there were 94 paella contestants and over 50 wineries represented. The Valley has changed over these last 40 years.
We had a great time.
