Well, I’m still trying to sale my 3/4+ acre waterfront lot in Punta Chivato and thought I’d let you all look at the very old slide show from
2009. Go to the realtors site for update photos and video. Lots of changes in our community. The parcel that the lot is on has grown back to a
natural state and looking a lot better. This is really a huge lot with a beach access road along the north property line and a high bank for storm
protection. The lot has been reduced to $150,000 and I’ll consider reasonable offers in that range.
