January 18, 2019, Friday @ 5:30 PM - Mi Pueblito Resturant, Todos Santos, BCS. “Baja Adventures by Graham Mackintosh”

"In 1983 Graham Mackintosh was a lecturer at West Kent College in England... Describing himself as the "least adventurous person in the world”, Graham set out to walk around the beautiful but dangerous coastline of Baja California. Emerging from the cactus-strewn wilderness two years and 3000 miles later Graham returned to England to write the now classic, Into a Desert Place and there received the prestigious "Adventurous Traveler of the Year" award.

Author of several Baja books and articles including: Into a Desert Place, Journey with a Baja Burro, Nearer My Dog to Thee and Marooned with Very Little Beer, Graham is an accomplished speaker with vast experience of 30 years exploring the Baja peninsula. Graham will talk about and show slides on these Baja adventures scanning 30 years, and also his latest project... kayaking a somewhat overloaded sit-on-top kayak from Bahia Gonzaga to La Paz."
