This is the second time this winter where an approaching Pacific front and moisture from the south are sandwiching a weak high pressure area centered around Mulege. The high is keeping the central Baja area and central Sonora area clear and mostly dry, but it served to draw the southern moisture up to the southern Baja area.

Only a very slight chance of rain in most areas of central Baja.

Mudslides in the burn areas could be a major problem up here.

Thinking of planting Mahogany and Cocobolo trees here in the developing rainforest of Baja California Sur.
