Pretty sure I recognize that guys face from last year or the year before. I have been in the area all month and there is not as much talk of him as
there was.
If anyone comes up with a hair brained theory by sleuthing around on the internet , or has some idea based on their specific knowledge of the area,
send me a PM and I will go check it out.
His family must be in terrible pain.
