Used to catch alot of Ocean Whitefish and toadie Spotties in the corridor between La Gringa and Smith/Coro island. Anybody fished in there within the
last year? Most likely cleaned out by comm boats ,but ?. Headed down for an easy weeks campout and will be limited in range due to it being a kayaks

I have caught 1-3lbs cabrilla on light tackle inshore. But that was from a zodiac straight out from town a mile or 2.
Wind is the factor.
