Atlantic lobster in baja?

how about you folks living down in lobsterland, ever come across these? from one of the puerto nuevo restaurants, his dad is a commercial fisherman and has dredged up a few of these in the past few weeks, and yes, we know its not lobster season.....

I watched them not only buy and release fresh Maine lobster from a local supplier in Marina Del Rey but also pay one of the bait receivers to release to full pens of live Sardines.
