I might be crossing the border at San Luis on Easter Sunday. Do the offices close for the holiday?

INM (immigration) is the official entry into Mexico, it is staffed the same hours the border is open.
That said, it is Mexico, and late at night or early in the morning (years ago) Nomads would need to look around the hallways to see where he was
taking a siesta!
