Check point set up south bound just North of the San Miguel toll plaza. Vehicles being turned around with signs of touring or no reason of an
essential travel. Also, Temporal Thermometer readings being taken before "pasale".

Strange today three trucks with ATVs in back . With CA plates passed me going south out of Ensenada.

How was the "condition" of the road?
I read someplace that the Salsipuedes landslide zone was an issue, again? When I saw the title of your post, it made me think of that.
