Sounds like a brutal outing this time
900 miles, but 60% finished

Guessing that the small field of only 185 entries kept a lot of less capable folks at home
Hey, I was once one of those, but we still had fun,
then we got better, and it got more serious and it wasn't as much fun.

When you get the radio call to bring "the clutch package" you know its going to be a long race.

Clutch package = take engine out of pre-runner, take chase truck and find race car broke in the middle of nowhere and go to work. Rich Dad's kid driver takes chase truck to go back to the rig and leaves you with race car to fix and find your way back.

helps if you got a smaller race car!

Del Mar,

Would that be 1121, Vochito, needing a tranny at RM 373?
