Tacos Rossy

In SJdC, east side of highway on frontage road just S of "first stoplight in Cabo."
The go-to source for fish, shrimp, and scallop tacos. Sparkling clean, sharp service, cheap, quality food. Spoken of only in hushed tones by the expat contingent to stave off overcrowding (fat chance--too late!). Single sitting record held by Malibu's Josh "Ten Taco" Farberow.
Food: 4/5; Service: 4/5; Value: 4/5; Ambiance: 3/5

Those guys have been around forever and still outdo any of their rivals. They have added seafood c-cktails to their menu and I have always heard that their meat tacos are excellent although I have never been able to order anything else when there is a callo taco on the menu and their's are the best...always fresh and tender.
Parking is tough but worth the effort. Around the corner in front of the bank there are usually places.
Provecho
