So the cartel link is all secret, not a single supporting fact is in public domain? And you are so close with the cartel people that you risk your life by speaking the truth? Or you are a government agent privy to secret information?

Apparently, accusations made by Mexican politicians in the parties losing to Morena. Plus, according to this article, AMLO (Morena) has taken a less combative stance with the cartels. I guess he realizes he's out-gunned.
