Is the bank at the POE in Tecate open for paying the FMM fees? What are the hours of operation? TIA. I recall one time a few years back that the
immigration officer there collected the fees right on the spot, then stamped our FMM’s. Don’t know if he pocketed the dinero!

The INM officer collects the money or debit card if the bank is not open at the border.
