Has anybody rented a car on the USA side of the bridge after arriving from Mexico?
If so, who did you use and how did you find them?

Seen hertz and Avis at cbx. But I live in San Diego, so never had need to use them.
In usa I would just do online search for cheapest,… and take Uber to pick-up location. Probably an enterprise in South Bay or Otay somewhere, and
enterprise is usually lower price than Avis and hertz.
There are also some small outfits and rent-a-dent-type outfits in San that will beat the majors, but sometimes their cars are a bit worn out…
Last cheapo I rented in San, they had welded a guard over the cat converter to deter theft, and it rattled so bad it sounded like car was going to
shake to pieces at any moment. But it was cheap.
