Hurricane Estelle

pauldavidmena - 7-18-2022 at 07:59 AM

I noticed that Hurricane Estelle has just formed in the Eastern Pacific, just off the Mexican mainland and far enough south of Baja to spare it a direct hit. It looks like surf might be affected, but I'm not sure it will bring any rain to the southern tip of the peninsula.

Surf was pounding overnite so hard that it woke me up! Southern direction but the Storm is far enough away there is no high humidity like Blas. Yet!? Tons of sand moving up on beaches here in Los Esteros aka San Pedrito. Here comes Summer!

Did you see this clip of waves crashing over a two story beachfront condo in Hawai?

woo hooo...the surf is rising here in Bahia Asuncion and going to be wonderful the next few days! It also is pushing warmer water up our way and a few yellowtail were caught by Rossman in the last couple days...finally! Bring on summer!

It rained in San Ignacio and is mostly overcast with a light SW cool breeze...I wonder if we will get a few dozen raindrops?? hahaha
