fechas proximas con gusto le dariamos inf respecto a las reservaciones para el mes de octubre ya que por el fic aun no sabemos si se estaran generando reservaciones

I'm getting various translations of the above. We think they mean they are not sure if reservations are going to be available in October?

Yes, FIC is the festival. Our understanding is that during the festival most restaurants don't take reservations. Too many no shows and lots of customers anyway.

I have rarely made reservations, but if it was for a room somewhere, I would try to reconfirm it when I was still a half day or so out. If the room you reserved is the last vacant one, someone at the desk with payment in hand may cancel your reservation!
