North Ensenada hotel?

Last year 3-star hotels on Hwy 1 South of Ensenada - Azteca and Quinta - were 800 pesos, same class hotel few blocks off the highway 600 pesos. Is there something similar North of downtown? preferably not with rooms rented by the hour
