Loreto Visit

What is there to do and see while visiting in the Loreto area? Is there a good hotel for people on a budget who don't care much about fancy extras but would like to be reasonably comfortable? Reservatrions needed?

Motel Brenda on Calle Juarez is about $20.00 per day. Very clean and confortable but no frills. Safe parking for you vehicle inside the fence and friendly hosts. Ah, thing to do. Why not rent a panga and go fishing. There are plenty of beaches to go to. One of my favorites is San Bruno about 25 klicks up the road. Also, visit the Mission and the museam nextdoor. Very informative. San Javier is a great day trip up into the mountains and a beautiful Mission. I have been going there (to Loreto) for 35 years now and never run out of things to do. Try some horseback riding---very cheap and lots of fun. Enjoy your trip.:tumble:

If there is no fishing in heaven, I am not going
