VW rebuild-Machine shop needed

Need to do a rebuild on my 79 vw bus, (2000) engine. Anyone know of a "quality" machine shop in Ensenada or TJ?

I'll do the build, just need someone to machine the case & port the heads.

Great shop specializing in VW heads and blocks in Mexicali. Don't know if he does the 2000 type tho. I will find out and let you know. Rated as the #2 engine builder for racers in the CODE races.

:saint:

(I know, why don't I find the #1 rebuilder to do my machine work? Cause this guy is a good guy also.) Oh - English not spoken.

I checked and he does blocks/heads for the 1700/2000 engines. Actually, I remember seeing blocks there ready for pickup. He is Taller M.P. (Matrin Pacheco) in Mexicali in Colonia Independencia on Calle Pedro Morales. Don't remember the number.
