Study of LaPaz
Anyone sit through the LaPaz study by the university that is now proposing to do Loreto? Did the dollars spent, equal the overall benefits of the
study? Did the study provide data that will make LaPaz a better city to live in or invest in? What is seen as the results of "this study"? Can it be
put into effect? Will it cost the City of LaPaz large amounts of dollars to implement? How do you see this effectiing the present residents (gringos
& Mexicans). Your insight is appreciated.

Confusing. What study? What are they planning to do? La Paz spending money to do something in Loreto?

Doesn't this sound like some grope at Harvard that found a way to get a paid vacation in Baja Ca.

Best I can figure the Municipio of La Paz had nothing to do with this. UABCS, (University Autonomous of BCS) was a participant. Nothing unusual or
ominous here.

There is much to be gleaned from this study! Although it will probably be biz as usual. Here are their before and after mockups for those with
