great show Ted and Bob, one of the best, and a subject near and dear to my heart since i am a property developer state side. i love construction!
sorry Vic and Debbie didn't call in - oh well. Thx for getting my emaial Q on the air - i couldn't listen live - some pinhead here decided to switch a std staff session for tues after lunch instead of Mondays the way it had been for 3.5 years!!

later guys, Bob i am in mulege june 17th, headed out to see the progress.

Yes that's him...

He supports 16 workers FULL Time in Mulege plus....

buys local building materials

and gives lots of work to his architect and surveyor

Hey...how did that thing get the scratches???:lol::lol:
