Punta Banda Update?

Is there some kind of "settlement" in the works for the once disputed homes in Punta Banda? The place seems like a ghost town. Not sure if property will be able to be bought and sold there someday. Sad.

Don't know much, except you rent them for a WHOLE LOT OF $$$$$
Yes it is very sad. There are some very beautiful homes in there. There is also a very good restarant in there....they might know something.

Ruby, you keep posting that you can rent one for a whole bunch of money. I disagree, they can be had very reasonably. I know, I rented one for a year before we found a better place to buy. Where do you get your info?

Anybody know what's up with the new fence in the first section of houses in Punta Banda? Completely separates the right half when you face it and there is now a new entrance.
