The places here in Rosarito all spell it Birrieria. How do they spell it on the signs over there? Because, with my limited Spanish, Birreria happens to be much easier for this gringo to say. Less sylables and all!:lol:

Flamingo's only has a sign that says birria de chivo with a picture of a goat. I have seen birrieria or birreria in San Luis Rio Colorado, but can't remember which at the moment. I'll check it out sooner or later, but right now it's just too hot to go anywhere.
