What is birria ? read it on another forum - sounds interesting - but have no clue ! Does anybody know if goat meat is available in San Felipe ? have a friend in Vegas who sells goat tacos - they are fantastic !!

birria Is kind of like a stew and can be made with goat or cow parts. the secret is in the sauce that it is cooked in. if it is done right it is heaven, if it is done wrong it is still not bad.


I don't think there is any place in Mexico that you can not buy got meat.:lol:
