I ran across an interesting, if impractical, product in the latest issue of Discover Magazine. It is a device that extracts the water from air . The device shown is priced at $800 and they claim that it will produce water at $.07 to $.10 per gallon in a humid climate such as Miami, higher in dryer climates. The specs show electric usage at 523-635 Watts producing 500ml of water per hour.

works on the same principal
its a freezing action cousing condensation to form and freeze then thawing in cycles and collecting the fresh water how efficent?? like your air conditioner on your car dripping water when you stop
