So glad to hear the good word. Hope it holds and we are done with storms and over flowing arroyos for this year.

As kind as San Diego and Amigos have been to me and mine during our stay up here, I am more than ready to return home on Thursday.

Called home tonight. Got a report of yet more rain at home, and the Bueno Aries arroyo still flowing, cutting off traffic at the highway North of Los Barriles.

My daughter said the big trucks are getting thru via a detour that leads thru Los Barriles, out the Punta Pescadero Road crossing the Buenos Aires arroyo at the goat ranch and driving up the San Bartolo arroyo, back up the highway to the North. She said it was a stranger than life sight to see all the traffic going by our normally quite neighborhood.

As usual Don Jimmy was right on the mark when he said the other day that "All it would take to flood the Buenos Aires Arroyo again, was a Cow Peeing upstrem". Well, guess they had a bit more presepitation than that, but glad I didn't lay odds with him on that call.

Missed you!

Hi Eli, My Mom and Dad went to the VA last week, and I would have gone with them had I known! Sounds like Jimmy is gonna hang around for awhile! Great news!! Juanita is back home in Nopolo and all is well. Not sure when I will be down there but will let you know when the baby is born. Boy, she sure is an active little bugger!! Punched me in the nose a few times while I was talking to her through her moms tummy!I've already started calling her "rockin Rachel"!Have a safe trip home and keep in touch. My email is the same, just a different username here. Sorry we missed each other but keep San Ignacio in mind!! Sally
