Altlhough I have no first hand information, I have heard that you can get your money back for the visa. Check with your airline for what the process is.
Good Luck

With an FM2 or better..
One can get a INSEN card (senior citizen discount card)
from the M?xican government which allows discounts on the bus, local water bills, airlines and some hotels.

Good deal

Got to be 60, I think. could be 55.
and FM2 is better than FM3.

I would not place a bet on this but, I think its 62, and when I got mine I only had an FM-3, And I don't have their brochure right now but I don't think you get a discount on air travel.

Discount is There!

Jerry,
We fly to Loreto alot, and use our FM-3 to get the FMT "fee" portion removed from the ticket.
Problem if you are up here (states), you need to have it done at the ticket office (AeroCal @ LAX OR Alaska @ any of their locations). You can book the ticket, and they will hold it until you get to the counter.

Savings = $21 off each ticket.:yes:
