another pemex in bola

Up until a few months ago the last time I purchased fuel from a pemex in bola they were selling nova. Needless to say it was some time ago. So just as a new one finally opens there is another one under construction just across the street. The people who own the costa del sol restaurant and hotel own the existing one. Mercado ixtlali is building the new one. It is said it will be open 24/7 and even have a car wash. Estimated grand opening, in about a year. fishin rich

Think it would be wise if one of them opened at the old station (Parador Punta Prieta) location at Hwy. 1 junction...

You still have to sell the houses. The distance and weather will keep people away.
