Puck in Baja

One way to increase viewer attendance is by participation.

but watching him eat as he prepares food somehow leaves me wondering.....

what an idiot. His canned products rival Campbells'.

Sorry Sharks, but I eat when I cook too. I have to know what I'm putting on the table tastes like. Plus I get to keep all the really good bits for myself (I'm not one of those martyr cooks who takes the overcooked piece). As for Puck, he's laughing all the way to the bank. Seems like a pretty smart guy to me.

maybe you do but Health Dept. here would have a cow. If you look at the entire slideshow you get the impression he's oblivious to those restrictions. Oh, he's a genius alright, too bad his canned products are so lame. I wouldn't consider Wolfgang an expert on seafood however.

When I lived in the SF bay area, we would get fresh every now and then from friends. As my mother would say..."Katie bar the door."
That is some delicious seafood when fresh.
More drool on the keyboard.
