ya gotta love this

The 6 Oct Gringo Gazette has a front page photo of "Beautiful Baja Oceanfront Property" advertising an "investing in Baja oceanfront" convention at the Rosarito Beach Hotel.
Below are two headlines: "Fraud complaint against Oceana Condos for mishandled Trust funds" and also " Baja Coastline sewage problems"
Seems that would give an investor pause for thought:?:

I've noticed the ads for that convention in the San Diego Union Tribune. They sure are pushing for investors....

Baja Times has been

a lot more accurate although less entertaining.
If you want a real paper on Baja, you must read Spanish! Can you imagine the nerve!!!:lol::lol:

Eccos de Rosarito

and a couple other papers are very popular with the locals. I asked them about the accuracy of their papers compared to stories in the G.G. and Baja Times.
By the way, the gg is not a very popular paper amongst the Mexicans, unless it's used properly.:moon:
